This thing. It should say something nearer to 90° than 80°. That would mean a new thermostat then.
Changing most mechanical parts on a Roadster is preceded by advice to “remove all the front panels”, “remove all the rear panels”, “lower the engine” or if you’re really lucky two of these . In this case it’s the engine and it’s better if you don’t have air conditioning too.

Wow that is worse than a VW. I have to say that engineering was not smart.

That kind of follows when you squeeze an engine into a very tight space.
